Hotel Flipper, (25 rooms) description: Hotel Flipper is a small, comfortable and warm family hotel. Our hotel was formely a large family house built at the beginning of the 20th century. The whole area was designed in the style of Amsterdam School. We serve a large buffet-style continental breakfast in our cheerfull diningroom which is already included in the price. The ambiance, location and friendly prizes of hotel Flipper will make your stay in Amsterdam a very pleasant one!
Please note that the hotel has no elevator/lift. But as there are only 3 floors (including the ground floor) you will not have to climb too many sets of stairs.
Check-in is not possible after 23:00 unless specified or by e-mailing the hotel beforehand.
Situated in the southern part of the centre of Amsterdam and just 5 minutes away from the RAI congress centre, this is a great place to stay in Amsterdam.
Hotel Flipper is a cosy and friendly budget hotel that is situated in a quiet residential street. The hotel is located within walking distance of the famous Albert Cuyp Market, the Amstel Metro station, Heineken Brewery and many shopping streets. The bustling city centre is a mere 10 minutes away by public transport.
Hotel Flipper has cheap basic rooms as well as rooms with private facilities. Because of the hotel’s friendly atmosphere, but most of all because of the outstanding personal service, you should feel at home right away.

AREA INFORMATION
Hotel Flipper is located in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes by public transportation, of the Rai Congress Centre, World Trade Centre, Amstel Station, Amstel City Park, Science Park A'dam and the A10 highway. Schiphol Airport is just 15 minutes away. All major sights, such as the museums, squares, markets, restaurants and night life are all reachable within 10 minutes. Public transportation to all directions is just around the corner. ( 24-hour)
TRAVEL INFORMATION
From Central Station take trams 4. Get off at Jozef Israelskade. Cross the bridge and you will see our sign on your left hand side.
By car: At the A10 take exit S109 RAI. At the traffic light turn right. Drive straight on and at the fourth traffic light turn right into the Rooseveltlaan. Drive untill you are at a big crossroad (Victoriaplein)and there you turn left into the Rijnstraat. Drive straight on and before a small bridge you will see a hotel Flipper sign telling you to turn right into the Amstelkade. Drive straight on and turn right into the Holendrechtstraat. On your right handside you will see hotel Flipper.
