Restaurant La Rive (chef Roger Rassin), our own Michelin star restaurant is the best in town, boasting a beautiful location overlooking the Amstel River.

La Rive is open from Tuesday until Friday for lunch and dinner, and on Saturdays only for dinner.
The Amstel Bar & Brasserie is a unique place for an informal drink, lunch or dinner, or a late evening supper after a night at the theatre or a concert. Open daily for lunch and dinner. River level, seats 28.
With an excellent wine list and the largest selection of Cuban and other international cigars, a visit to the lounge is an absolute must whilst staying with us. Open daily from 08:00 until 23:30.
Amstel Bar – river level, open daily from 17:00 until 01:00.
